    Head Chef - E

    Chef E is a passionate creator, entrepreneur, and culinary visionary behind S & S Fish and Chicken. Known for bold flavor, consistency, and hustle, Chef E built his brand from a simple mission—serve real food that brings people together and keeps them coming back.

    What started as a love for cooking and feeding people has grown into a developing food brand focused on fresh, made-to-order comfort food, signature seasoning, and community-driven service.

    Chef E represents more than a chef—he represents a mindset:

    Renee serves as the Business Manager for Chef E and S & S Fish and Chicken, overseeing day-to-day operations and keeping the brand organized and running efficiently. She manages scheduling, coordination, and customer flow to ensure consistency and professionalism across all services.

    She supports the growth of the business by handling structure behind the scenes, allowing Chef E to focus on food, creativity, and expansion. Renee plays a key role in keeping the brand stable, reliable, and ready to scale.
